"Classy Chassis" Application

• PRE-REGISTRATION: By mail before September 24, 2010
  PRINTABLE APPLICATION
• REGISTRATION starts 7am -11am, Sunday, September 26, 2010  NO vehicles will be allowed after 11am.
• Vehcile will be checked in through a reserved gate and directed to the general area in which they will park. ALL VEHICLES WILL BE PARKED ON ASPHALT.
• The first 150 enteries will receive a !9th Annual "Classy Chassis" Open Car Show T-Shirt, Goodie Bag and dash plate. All entries over 150 will receive T-shirt ONLY.
• CLASSES: Will be determined by the Judge.
• JUDGES: Judging will done by sanctioned Judges. Due to a large number of cars, classes and vehicles any moved or removed from grounds before 5:00 pm or earlier than the Awards Ceremony will risk their judging opportunity. Decisions of the Judges are final.
• RESPONSIBILITIES: The Optimist Club of Helotes reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior during all "Classy Chassis" Open Car Show activities. Entrants are subject to eviction from the premises if behavior is deemed objectionable by event management because of excessive noise, enviromental damage caused by the entrant, by his/her vehicle, or by any other reason, or if the entrants appearance , or that of his/her vehicle, or his/her conduct is considered unbecoming or not fitting the image of the shows projects. The reservation includes persons, things, conduct, printed materials, or any act or item considered in poor character, and damaging to the event and well-being of its partcipants by management. In the event of any eviction or restriction, the Optimist Club of Helotes is not liable for a refund of any entry fees except at it's own discretion. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR GLASS CONTAINERS MAY BE BROUGHT ON THE GROUNDS.
• LIABILITY: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate entrants, participants, and spectators, by excution of the entry form, release and discharge the Optimist Club of Helotes or anyone associated with the "Classy Chassis" Open Car Show of and from any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses judgements, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that my be suffered from any entrants, to person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, perosns and bodies of and from any and all liability occassioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant assisting or cooperating with entrant under the direction or control of entrant.
• ENTRY AND ADVERTISING RELEASE: In consideration of this entry, vehicle owner and spouse, or guests agree to permit the use of their names and likeness, and picture of the cars for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including newspapers, magazines, Internet, radio, and television) before, during and after the event and do hereby relinguish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the event, and give permission to publish or sell or otherwise dispose of said, photographs of the Optimist Club of Helotes.
